Carpenter by day, showman by night and storyteller by nature. Matt Peterson-Muirhead (Pete) is a hardworking man that finds great release in the expression of music and song writing. From beautiful Port Coquitlam BC, Canada, Matt’s music is influenced by the environment around him and the characters he encounters everyday. Inspired by great blues, country, rock and bluegrass players, his music is genre defying and speaks to many different walks of people.

Matt is also the front man, lead singer and primary songwriter of The “Canyon Riders”, a hard hitting rock band from Vancouver BC as well as one half of the acoustic duo “Lenny and Pete”. So whatever iterations of Matt’s music your listening to, you can count on it coming from the heart!
