WHAT IS Best In Vancouver? It is an Annual competition and celebration of the local Vancouver Music Scene. 8 Semi Final Rounds in front of a panel of judges taking place throughout October at The Roxy Cabaret, where 3 bands will then be selected to perform in the Finals in November.
