Here’s What’s New
So far, this year’s been a whirlwind of good times and loud nights.
Back in April, we played to a packed house at the Rickshaw Theatre — huge thanks to @realtommymac and the boys from @dayofthedogonline. You guys absolutely rocked it. Always a blast sharing the stage with @pistolwhipthedevil — those gentlemen know how to party.
If you’re into a little country, we hit up the new @barncountrybar in Surrey for a rock-solid night.
In May, the Island was calling, so we hopped the ferry and brought the noise to @theterminalnanaimo — stoked to make our debut in the Island music scene. Then it was on to @phoenixbarandgrill in Victoria for another hell of a night. What a start to the year!
June kicked off with a weeklong road trip full of band shenanigans — Banff, a stop in Drumheller (yep, Dinosaur Capital of the World!), and a chance to roam the Badlands. Then it was our first Alberta gig at @d2barandstage in Red Deer, followed by a wild night at @therealverns in Calgary where we played all your Canyon Riders favourites.
Back on the coast, we got ready to hit the stage at @foxcabaret, joined by @hotelindieband and @storiesendofficial. It was our first time playing The Fox, and we were over the moon to play to a sold-out room. The night was hot, and the place was packed! — and we showed ’em how the Canyon Riders like to party. Thanks to Live Acts for setting us up.
To our incredible fans, your support means the world to us. Every like, share, comment, and ticket purchased fuels our passion and drives us to create the music you love. Thank you for being the heart of our band, for showing up to our shows, and for being the best community we could ask for. We are truly grateful for every single one of you, and we can’t wait to share more music and make more memories with you on this journey! We love you all! ♡♡♡
Now we’re off to the Interior for a private event — more updates to come.

July had a restful start for the band, while I (Pete) took the opportunity for a solo gig at Taylight Brewery in PoCo and then teamed up with Okanagan musician John Michael Lind (JML) for an acoustic set at Trickster’s Hideout in Squamish and another at Thomasina’s in Princeton. Best-of-Luck John, was a real pleasure playing with you. Mid-month the band share an evening with Ato-Mik performing at the 2025 Art Out Side @pomoarts arts festival in Port Moody. We ramped up our summer tour ’25 with a huge weekend destination — The Barking Parrot in Penticton. Big thanks to our man Fred and everyone at @thebarkingparrot for treating us right! What a great night and some great energy in the room. Thanks to everyone that came out. We love you Penticton! Not to mention we got to brush elbows with our pals from back home @pistolwhipthedevil after they rocked the Ribfest.
Next stop, Osoyoos for our annual August Long Beach Party, we look forward to this party all year long, hosted by an incredible group of folks. Another solo gig in the streets of ‘Gastown Thursday Nights’ left me loving this beautiful city. Lenny and I brought it back to our home stomp’in grounds at Taylight for an acoustic evening with many long time friends. Keeping it local, many joined us for the free summer afternoon community concert series hosted by the City of Port Coquitlam called ‘Music in the Square’. We were stoked to be playing in our hometown in front of a local crowd in this beautiful city, at the newly renovated Leigh Square. Thanks to PoCo and the PoCo community. We finished off the month with a lovely private event – thank you for letting us be a part of your special celebration – you know who you are!
I wonder what September has in store?
